 Coupe tyre sizes
Hi I'm looking into what tyre size to run on my coupe next year when I start hillclimbing again. used to run the coupe on the road with 185 60 13's, always looked a bit overtyred, I have a set of Yoko 175 50 13's on a set of rims but i'm a bit concerned with lack of sidewall flex but I have yet to drive it on them and they look too small. Any advice would be welcome
Paul

 Re: Coupe tyre sizes
Are you running in a road car class or a modified track car class?

 Re: Coupe tyre sizes
I run 185/60/13 rear 175/60/13 front and like the handling/ride I have had comments on how well mine rides from passengers
if your concerned about looking over tyred what about 175/60/13 all round, will give more sensible gearing compared to 175/50/13

 Re: Coupe tyre sizes
Has anyone had problems with the tyres rubbing at the back ?
I have 175 all round, but the back tyres touch the inside wing, that's with Minifin spacer drums and 1/2 inch spacers. Any more and I think it would hit the outer wing.
