I don't have a plate with this vehicle.
Can someone tell me where it should be located and also
Is the chassis number stamped into the chassis somewhere

The quick answer is the plate is anywhere the original builder wanted.
There tends not to be a number stamped onto the chassis.

Common places for the plate are on the "Slopes" at each side of the bulkhead, and on the bulkhead it's self.
