 Door Latch Mechanism Does anyone know what the door latch mechanism is out of on a coupe, mine has given up the go and won't work, are they the same as a late model mini/allegro? Info would be appreciated.

Re: Door Latch Mechanism Also used on Lotus/Astons etc, use to be listed in the europa catalogue with that listed fitment next to it, dunno if its still in there, about £25 each

Re: Door Latch Mechanism Are you talking about the actual mechanism in the door with those two? I know they use the same handle as the GTM but from memory of my old Rangey the mechanism is quite different - maybe they were different between 3/5 door models or changed over the years though. Iain

Re: Door Latch Mechanism you can take them to pieces and reassemble them with care - the casings seem to be bent fairly easily and respond well to straightening and reworking ..
