Wiper Motor?
Hey all.
Whats the Wiper motor used on the GTM Coupe from? The Spindal on mine decided to self destruct on the motorway today. Or are there any alternatives that people use that are perhaps a bit more powerfull? The motor on mine is barely able to wipe the whole screen while doing motorway speeds.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Wiper Motor?
The one fitted is actually an accessory rear wiper kit from Europa Specialist Spares. The details are on the DVD I gave you. I fitted it as it was compact enough to mount directly. An alternative is a Land Rover unit but they don't self park.

Re: Wiper Motor?
Not quite. I had a bracket for the motor and the spindle. I have removed all that from the bracket and I'm mounting it all on an aluminum bracket. I think that might be a twin wiper motor. I'll see if I can dig any pictures of it out. EDIT: On a chavvy car, but this is what mine looks like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JnZcvZCNes

Ah right got you. Iv noticed on ebay you can get single wiper conversion brackets for loads of different cars, which should make life pretty easy.

Re: Wiper Motor?
There are single and twin wiper versions of the cars. I got mine from Flea bay, just keep looking, one is bound to turn up.
