be interesting to get an alternative engine coupe on the corner weight scales, when i did mine the cheap scale way the corner weights came out very nicely balanced with the honda and driver, personally i think it will be more of a struggle with other enignes that sit on the other side of the bay, also there is the danamic effect of the higher cg of the engine combared to box. and how with honda the driver add to teh ehight on the box side, but with some cunning plans it could be almost engineered out on other engines just more thought needed.

I've had a good squint at the 3sge and it looks a goer.
Due to it being canted i'll probably have to move the rear chassis member back - and likely some bulkhead mods due to the exhaust - but I reckon these'll be far less radical than most because it's almost centrally located.
I've not found one in a roadgoing mini yet tho.
I'll have to have a talk with the 16v mini club boys.

you be amased how a Coupe engine bay shrinks before your eyes as you swing a 16v over , got a picture when i swung the VTEC over the rear for the final install, it looks far too big to fit, but somehow it does........... just

My new frame im working on will give me more room in the bay, and should be possible to fit other enines in there too aslong as they arnt too huge.
