why are people having problems posting pictures

I am a 1st class numty when it comes to these coputer thingys

I managed to post a picture this morning no problems

I'm not insinuating anyone else is a numty, I just cant see a problem with the site accepting uploading pictures.

It's nothing to do with posting photos, just some forum formats prefer files to be kept in a sub category.
