 CV joint size
Hi I'm nearing the rebuild of my Coupe and need to advise on CV size.
At present I have been running drum brakes on the rear with the standard size CV I have collect the parts to convert to larger CV's, MGF calipers, had a set of hubs faced to take the caliper etc but this is not yet complete. Has anyone used the smaller CV and had faliures or did they hold up ok, I'm going to be hill climbing and sprinting the car so I can see this is going to be an issue. I would like to do the conversion later when time allows.
Thanks Paul

 CV's
Hi At this stage not enough, it's never been on a rolling road so it would be a guess as I don't know the spec of the engine. I bought it as an ex metro challenge unit, I would say no more than about 80 Paul

 Re: CV joint size
Should be fine, it's only above 100 when things start to give a bit!
