Can any one give me advice re fitting coil overs to the front suspension instead of the rubber trumpets?

i dont know about coilovers but im using replacement coil springs in place of the cones. i will be using P&L minis ones as i will get them at cost price. they are a straight swap and other companies sell them also. different spring rates are available depending on application.
