There are a number of threads around but to answer the question: I got mine from these guys; http://www.coh-baines.co.uk/ref: IRS0767 w/s £2.23 per M when I bought it.

You pick one the right size. They show the thickness of each side so you measure how thick the glass is and take an average of how thick the GRP is and get the suitable seal. Go for the low side of the GRP as its better for it to be tight than leak and you can always take a file to any really thick bits of the GRP (within reason).
