Re: radiator
It was originally designed around an Austin Allegro 1750 radiator but nowadays any of the modern aluminium/plastic radiators are fine. Just choose one which fits in the space correctly. I used a Metro twin pass version.

Re: radiator
If you use an Allegro radiator it has 4 "pegs" (2 top, 2 bottom) on the surround -- the two bottom pegs fit into brackets bolted to the front face of the hinge bracket -- holes should already be there -- and the top two are held by long straps that bolt to the top face of the hinge bracket. The radiator sits at around 60 deg. I'll try to take some pics later but if you root around on the site for some front end build pics they should show the assembly.

Re: radiator
Hopefully attached 3 pics of the radiator mounting in my somewhat wear worn Coupe -- an Allegro 1500 radiator I think -- top strap, view from underneath showing lower bracket and general view from the side showing installation angle more like 75 deg than 60 --hope this helps. Messgae to self -- You really should get on and sort this car out.
