Post savage switchs
hi all, right im going to swop the ugly big rover switchs in the libra for somthing a little more asthetically pleasing,

has anyone fitted savage switchs, they seem to have loads of terminals at back and as im not good with electrics, as any one got a simple colourcode wiring diagram for the rover switch so i can easily identify the wires already there ,
even better if you have detailed diagram for savege to rover ,

Mitch

I have the savage hazzard switch on my mini, it's quite straight forward. I can try and find the diagram if you are stuck.

Hi Mitch,

Did you get the switches fitted?

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v12/modifiednovas1/other/SavageHazardLightSwitchWiringDiagra.jpg

Is an image of the papaer work that came with my switches.

Really easy to fit but if you get any more questions feel free to ask.

I have yet to find a connector that goes onto the back of the switches so at the moment the best thing I have found for the jobs are these:

http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/VWP-onlinestore/terminalsnonins/noninsblades.php

Use the blade terminals with the insulated cover.

I think they are 2.8mm wide but I will double check when I get home.

If you can find a connector housing let me know as I would swap all mine over.

Miguel
