 Re: GTM's 50th Birthday Themed Event So the time is almost upon us , a week or so to go before the booking lines open. Ive been speaking with the organisers and they have agreed to a track parade. So for those who want to attend this 50th anniversary event, but are not too keen on a full on track day you can still get a feel what the others are enjoying. So.... you won't need to pay, just line up at the entrance to the track at the lunch break, and there will be a slow parade around the track. More news to follow soon.

Re: GTM's 50th Birthday Themed Event Good morning Gtm'ers  The MK1 Performance Mini Conversions Action Day 4 date has been confirmed. It will be held at Blyton Park, on Sunday 30th April 2017. The invitation is for any GTM to attend. A celebration of 50 Years of GTM. The track day booking is NOT, open yet but will be in early November. More details to follow, plan of the day ect. You can also arrive on the Saturday, there maybe a enticing treat for those who have too come a long way, but more to follow on that aswell.

I wouldn't worry the Cox passed ok, and I'm sure those that know my car will vouch it's not ,,,,,,,,,Erm..................A polite level of, decibel's From memory it has been a 105 decibel, and it's in a sensible place. But I will check.

In simple terms 105db static if you are tested statically, they don't always do it, the one they run too is the drive by meter which is 20m away from the track, a reading of 95db on this causes an alarm and the cox has no set it off yet.
