The journey has started, You have managed more than I did in the years I had the kit. Looking forward to following the build.
The engine did turn over when I got the kit. It might be worth oiling the bores and they might free up.
As I was planning on an electric drive system I didn`t pay much attention to the engine, which is a shame as the previous owner said the engine was a good one.

Hi Brian, the bores are a ittle too far gone in my opinion but fortunately we have alternatives, thank you to everyone who has offered help but I believe we've got most of what is needed! Cheers Pete.

Hi nice bule subframe what colour are you doing the body
I have not seen a k3 striped down like this.
In the photos you can just see the dash.
is it like a bolt in part or is it part of the tub and you have to cover it in place or can you cover it then fit to the car i ask because my car,s dash needs some work but it looks like i will have to take out the windscreen to cover the dashboard
thanks paul

Hi Paul, the dash has been chopped around quite a lot, the windscreen will also be coming out as the bonding is perished! I think the silver really suits the car so at the moment I think it will stay silver with perhaps a little contrasting gunmetal grey wheels and mirrors. I am fortunate in that I have collected many rover/MG parts over the years and thanks to Brian I have plenty of parts for the K3, so I have, plenty of options to think about.
