I am in the market for a GTM Libra

Having never managed to get my Coupe going a few years back I think buying a running Libra is marginally more sensible.

I really need the car to be road worthy but a work in progress is okay. I would like a yellow Libra with any flavour of 1.8 K series, Honda engine or the V6 but that said anything yellow would be a good start

I have a decent budget for the right car.
