Post Shockers / Steering wheel
Are the shockers fitted to the coupe the short type that are fitted to lowered minis? & has anyone got a good set of adjustable for sale? Also looking for a good condition steering wheel.Jim

Does depend on how low you are actually.


But I run Standard length Spax, and full length bump stops, the shocks bottom out after the bump stops have compressed a little. The shocks are the first thing to go solid tho.

Reason behind using the Std length myself was to give maximum travel as I did not want to restrict the droop myself, lifting wheels etc. Mine I feel is right on the limit for needing the shorter ones, especially on the front.

Sorry defining standard for a GTM is near impossible I also have Hi-los. I run sill heights around 135 front 155 rear, and 175/60/13 front 185/60/13 rear tyres, basically it gives 10-12 mm between the top arm and the bumpstops.
