Post Wheel offsets
I have a set of these on my car at the mo 13" x 5.5" ET?

I'm wanting to change to a more modern style (Minilight or similar), the only problem is I want to keep the same offset as these originals as I have built all the suspension around them (not knowing they were 5.5" instead of the more desirable 6"). There is nothing written on them regarding ET numbers so I have taken a measurement from the mounting face to the outer most rim bead (back face) and this is 100mm. Can anyone point me in the right direction on what offset this is and what type of wheels I may get to meet this requirement.

Now measure the mating face to the inner bead. The difference between the two numbers you will have is your offset.

Rather interestingly I am just trying to resolve a simlar issue.

On my track car I currently have 13" x 6" rims with a back spacing of 100mm (measured from the innermost rim to the mounting face) the wheel is marked with ET13 which is the distance from the mounting face of the wheel to the centreline of the wheel.

I have been speaking to Compomotive in Wolverhampton who will make wheels with any sort of offsett you may require - I do not know the price yet. All they need is the wheel width you require and the back spacing you require.

I am about to order 7" x 13" rims with a back spacing of 125mm to keep the outer rim face in the same position as the 6" rims.

I do have a spacer on the hub.

Hope this helps a bit.

Are you running discs or drums on the rear?, what suspension setup do you have?

I have discs on the back and mini rubber cones (in a front subframe) with adjustable shock absorbers.

The wheels currently on the car are Minator 6" x 13" from Mini spares (ref whl 1009).

I have ordered a pair of 7" x 13" from compomotive, another variation on the minilite theme ref ML 1371 on their website.
