We were number 30, so well ahead of you.
The milbrook alpine track was great even when we hit the 68% hill, what a great laugh.
The low friction and ice/snow surfaces were educational as we did a few 360 degree spins with zero control of the car's direction.

On another subject, bombing down the M1 I experienced a bit of rear wheel steering, which woke me up rapidly. I seem to remember that there is a mod for this?
Any help would be welcome.

I will be going to Stoneleigh on the sunday.

The best bolt on modification at the moment is allan's rossabitz latest toe control kit. can be set up to zero bump steer and far more toe stiffness than the original setup. I am sure he will have his demonstrater setup at stoneliegh so i suggest a look at that.

does the car have rubber or rod end suspension joints. as play/give in these can give a little rear wheel steer too, the tie bar bushes being favorite when worn.

Yes you were well ahead of us then being number 30. I tried my hardest to keep a nice drift going on the low friction circle but kept drifting into understeer, I think my speed/second gear selection choice was my down fall. The Ice bit was excellant, we did a nice drift around both water jets, then on the exit a well exacuted 360 spin and drive off without stopping in a nice fluid motion 8) .

I hope they keep the same format or improve on it again for next year, it just keeps getting better.

Neil
