Any tips or pitfalls to be aware of before I rip into this?

Do not no if it is worth fitting one of these clutch release arms at the same time.

Not sure if the arm seizing is a problem but if one has been designed it must be.
Have made the assumption it is a PG1.

Hi Matty,

Yep I was planning to fit one of the Mike Satur lubricated type of release arm as I know they are a problem. My plan is to fit a replacement clutch as its done 50000m and swap out the relaease arm at the same time hopefully that will solve the slipping clutch.

Regards BV.

Changed the clutch at the weekend and as I had suspected the operating lever was almost seized. Had to drill and tap the end and 'drift' it out with the slidehammer
Fitted the Mike Satur lubricated type lever and it works a dream.
Now I can finally give it the beans
