 Re: Kano Coupe
Honestly I have not been sleeping since i got back mid may but I'm still having "issues" with air freight bringing my 2 boxes of bits back. I have been making my new spherical jointed gear lever assembly and a bash plate to go under the gearbox

 Re: Kano Coupe
If anybody is interested in putting a bike engine into a Coupe; due to a change of plan I have 2 x Kawasaki ZZr 1095cc engines for sale, they have more torque over a wider power band than the more usual 1000cc sports bike engines
and a 3rd pic

 Re: Kano Coupe
The rear subframe from my twinny Mini has been cleaned up, a new bash plate made, fitted and installed into the back of the GTM, along with new Mini Spares adjustable lower arms and tie rods, MiniTastic “town ride” coil springs and Mini Spares HiLo’s, the hubs and upper arms came out of the twinny but were originally installed in my old Cox with lower A frame suspension. The drum brake hubs were modified to accept Toyota 1.6 fwd Corolla discs and calipers and the studs are Toyota centers as I wanted to use 13” x 5.5” Toyota steel wheels on the mini, when bush racing you break aluminum wheels if you hit a termite mound, but steels can be straightened with a hammer, I could easily converted them back to mini centers.
