 mini pedal box
Is there any difference between a mini servo assisted pedal box and a non servo pedal box and if so how can you tell the difference?
Cheers, Alex

 Re: mini pedal box
Not much difference from memory. on the actual in car side of things, might be worth checking the spacing of the studs

 Re: mini pedal box
If you're talking about the early separate type as fitted to the S then no difference. The later ones with integral servo, obviously the bit under the bonnet is different, but the pedals themselves are pretty much the same.

 Re: mini pedal box
The pedal "box" itself is no different. The brake pedal is different - where you would have the clevis pin on a non-servo car it has a pushrod riveted to the pedal. The plate that fits on the outside of the bulkhead is different (it doesn't have the continuous lip all arount turning it into a drip tray for brake fluid). Then of course there is a frame with a pivot linkage and the servo and master cylinder itself.
